A 94° temperature pool will wrap your joints in comfort.  Aquatics gives you ease of movement that land based exercises could never allow and motion is lotion for your joints.  Aquatics is a viable exercise option for people with disabilities who are unable to exercise safely on land.  Come join the FUN!

When: Tuesdays at 4:00PM

Aquatic Exercise Class for General Strengthening and Core
6 weeks | Ages 18+ Come on in, the water is warm and inviting! Aquatics can boost your well being with decreased compressive forces on your joints and spine, reduce inflammation, decrease pain, and provide greater ease of movement. The water's unique properties provide numerous applications to appeal to a wide variety of participants. Water lends itself to a well-balanced workout that improves all major components of fitness. Water Ai Chi

Strengthen and Caress your Body and Soul

This powerful progression based on Tai Chi combines deep breathing with slow, broad movements of the arms, legs and torso performed in 93+ degree water.

Ai Chi benefits those whose goals range from improving balance and core strength to calming the spirit ~ including Fibromyalgia, Post- Mastectomy Arthritis, Hypertension and Parkinson's Patients, Flexibility and range of motion enhancements as well as increased metabolism and blood circulation.
